Corrective Exercise

A series of assessments will be conducted to find any potential muscular dysfunction and restriction thats contributed to injury and pain. A corrective program will then be applied that focuses on releasing tight muscles and strengthening weakened muscles to establish a stronger balance within a joint. Corrective exercise is highly recommended for those with chronic pain and for post injury.  (Must be cleared by doctor first for post injury.)

A specialized program for athletes that focuses on sports - specific training that improves performance and recovery. Can be one on one training or whole team training. Athletic Training is highly recommended for athletes of all ages and for any type of season they may be in.
